Our history

Bilash Premier Indian Cuisine was first established on the Horse Fair in Rugeley in 1988. In 2010 we moved to our current premises on Market Square in the town centre. Sam took over the running of the restaurant from his father and their business partner in 2016. He has continued the name and legacy of the business and we are proud to be one of the best Indian restaurants in the local area. Lots of our team members have worked from us right from the start, including our tandoori chef.
